How to book

On-line

On-line booking can be made via our Festival 'What's On' page at www.midsummerfestival.co.uk using the Ticketsource secure booking service. A £1.00 fee applies to all credit and debit card bookings.

By telephone

Midsummer Festival telephone booking line 029 2077 9511. Opening hours 8am to 9pm daily. An answer-phone service operates at all other times, and when the telephone lines are busy. Please do leave a message including your name and telephone number, and your call will be returned.

In person

Midsummer Festival will operate a box office at Dyffryn Gardens at weekends and certain other days during the run up to the festival. Please telephone 029 2077 9511 for opening times.

Please note that no bookings or payments can be accepted by the Dyffryn Gardens Shop and Visitor Centre for this event at any time.

Pioneering our paper-less booking system

In an attempt to be as environmentally friendly as possible, particularly in view of the naturally beautiful surroundings in which this festival is based, we are delighted to announce that we are again operating a ticket-less booking system for this event in partnership with Ticketsource.

A unique reference number will be provided for each booking made, and and this will be checked against our front of house performance schedule in order to gain entry to the performance. In the event that a booking reference is mislaid, proof of booking (ie. name and address) may be required.

Upon arrival at our Box Office in front of the Dyffryn Gardens Visitor Centre, the names of pre-booked visitors will be checked off the front of house list for that performance. When places are available for a production, non pre-booked visitors may pay at the Box Office. All visitors will be handed a wooden token (ticket) which should then be handed in at the Theatre Garden to facilitate entry to the production. These tokens are recycled throughout the festival, and are made from wood from a sustainable source.

Concessions
Concession tickets are available for children under 16, senior citizens and students with student cards.

Family tickets
A family ticket will offer a reduction on overall ticket price for a group of two adults and two children.
